then use reasonable efforts to remove your personally identifiable
information from our files. You may also contact us through

use reasonable efforts to supply you with this information and
correct any factual inaccuracies in this information. Because
information submitted in connection with employment inquiries
is used only in the application process and not for marketing
purposes, the procedures outlined in Section VII of this privacy
statement are not available with respect to such information.
VIII. SPAM
Gaysorn.com will never, ever, send you unsolicited, intrusive
e-mail (i.e., spam). If you should receive unexpected and
unwanted e-mail purporting to be from Gaysorn.com, Gaysornbkk.com,
G.S. Property Management or any of the companies, organizations
or persons with whom we are officially affiliated, please
contact us immediately.

This world-wide Web site (i.e., G.S. Property Management
[at http://www.gaysorn.com/]) is the home page in the domain
gaysorn.com (The Web site and Company), and is a complimentary
information service offered by Gaysorn.comı with assistance
from its advertising agency, licensors, content and service
providers, and other parties (collectively referred to herein
as Gaysorn.com) at no charge to users of the world-wide Web
(i.e., the Internet), with the express condition that these
users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth
in this User agreement. Gaysorn.com reserves the right to
change these terms and conditions at any time, and you must
consult the most recent version of this User agreement (not
an older, cached version) each time you view the Web site.
Do not use the Web site if you do not agree to all the following
terms and conditions:

by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right
to use any Trademark displayed on the Web site without the
written permission of Gaysorn.com or such third party that
may own the Trademark displayed on the Web site. Your use
of the Trademarks displayed on the Web site, or any other
content on the Web site, except as provided by these Terms
and Conditions, is strictly prohibited.
8. Some portions of the Web site may offer the opportunity
for viewers of the Web site to post or exchange information
and materials with Gaysorn.com or one another. While reserving
the right to delete information and materials that it deems
in its sole discretion to be indecent, obscene, defamatory,
infringing upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights
of others, or otherwise harmful, unlawful, inappropriate or
objectionable (hereinafter Objectionable Materials), Gaysorn.com
assumes no responsibility and makes no warranty that it will
undertake to screen or remove such Objectionable Materials.
